So I take the items upfront and I know that I got the items off the 50% OFF rack. One item rang up correctly but the 2nd item did not. I told the cashier that I should get 50% off on the 2nd item as well but she told me that she couldn't do anything about how it rings up. So I told her to cancel the item, at which point, I can see her totally making a frowny face and getting upset because now I am making her do extra "work". What is wrong with these puma clyde people? This PUMA store feels a bit on the smaller side. There are always sales though so the price on the price tag is never really what you are paying.

The shopper was taken aback, placed his items on a nearby shelf, and left the store. Each time this manager was asked to open up a puma ignite limitless second register for purchases (I saw a few customers approach her about this), she declared that she only processed returns and would not be ringing up purchases. I saw more customers walk out. The manager stood at the second register, talking and giggling on her headset. She was talking about upcoming events and how they hadn't reached their sales goals yet, and said that she was working hard on the sales goals. The clothing and accessories were not well organized, and the sales signs were misleading.

Then they do an even exchange for same color, size and style for a different size within 30 days else store credit. If there is a same black puma style in different color within the size you need, they will not give it to you unless you buy it at the full retail price. If there is a style in the size you need within the same original purchase price, they will still not give it you unless you buy at full asking price. So after 3 trips to the store at 3 different weeks and having not found the size needed for my toddler son just gave up and returned all six pairs. Waste of time and efforts and their store policy of not doing an even exchange sucks.

Matt got a pair of shoes for $25 and a sweater for $20. The prices are good here! I would have put 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't the employee. He was a tall Asian male with a funky hair cut with dark red highlights in them. He never helped out his co-worker. There was a long line. He did was folding jackets and socialize with people he knows. The co-worker had a return. She couldn't do the return. So she called the Asian Male over to do the return. Once the return was done. We walked up he said no this register is closed. There were people behind me waiting to be ringed up. What kind of service is this when you are not providing "Customer Service".

The Asian Male needs to be coached on fenty puma creepers customer service. You don't treat customers like that dude you just don't. There were good sales at this place. But that tall Asian Male ruined my experience at this place. Hell no next time. This place constantly sells items at 50% off! It's a great deal for puma bags and shoes for puma enthusiasts. I'm just incredibly disappointed that they never have the El Reys that i'm looking for (the black ones). I haven't seen anything that special lately at this store. I wouldn't mind getting more Ferrari items if they have bigger sizes to accomodate my voluptuous body.
